Fidelity Bank recently migrated data processing systems over the weekend of December 9, 2016.

Important details summarized below:

Online Banking

* Update: ACH Files *

Going forward you will see one of the following messages when you submit an ACH file to Fidelity Bank for processing:

  • “[File Name] is pending financial institution review”. This means the file has been received by the Bank successfully and will be processed pending Bank review.
  • “[File Name] is pending client and financial institution review”. This means the file is pending client’s second level review (dual approval). Once completed the file will be processed pending Bank review.
  • “[File Name] is pending financial institution review. The Credit total allowed to be originated today has been exceeded by [X]”. This means the file has been received by the Bank successfully, but you will need to contact the
    Bank for further communication regarding the limit prior to the Bank processing the file.

Please note: A file will not be processed if one day prior to settlement there are insufficient funds in the account. Same day ACH files will need to be received at the Bank by 9:45am.
