A Business Bank - And So Much More
Time flies when you're having fun. At least that's what we tell each other when we think about how long we've been around. We first opened our doors in 1970, but, truthfully, it feels like yesterday. Over the past five decades, we've had the pleasure of serving businesses throughout Minnesota, as well as warehouse funding clients across the country.
No layers, no problem.
We became a business bank in the late 1970s, and we haven't looked back since. In the mid-1980s, we developed a mortgage warehouse facility program to give our clients a competitive edge. Today, our commercial loan services include working capital lines of credit, term loans, asset-based lending, real estate loans, and SBA loans. We are particularly proud of our track record in asset-based lending—we've helped many growing businesses succeed.
Because our organization is relatively flat in structure, these two areas of specialty (business banking and mortgage warehouse) fit us well. Especially since our 60-some professionals reside in one building. Not having to go through multiple layers—or locations—means we can move quickly for our clients. Our senior management team is very involved, which also hastens turnaround times.
It's not about size.
We aren't a large national bank, nor are we trying to be one. At Fidelity, it's quality over quantity. We have serious intellectual horsepower within our walls, and we're not afraid to use it. In fact, we're known for handling deals too complex for most banks our size. That's partly because we will never simply "rubber stamp" something. We care about the nuances. We take the time to sift through all the details. We aren't afraid to do the hard work. That's just who we are.
We've been here—and we'll be here—for you.
Many of our professionals have been a part of our bank for decades. This low turnover not only provides stability but it also keeps us nimble. With a tenured team, learning curves are few and far between. Together, we're excited to plan for the future.
