Account Alerts Terms and Conditions

Account Alerts allow Online Banking users to request and receive email or text messages about their Fidelity Bank accounts when certain events occur. You may set up your Alerts in Online Banking by choosing the type of Alert you would like to receive, the account to which the Alert will relate, and the email address or mobile phone number (via a text message) to be notified of the Account Alert. When the Alert event you have set up occurs, an Alert will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number you have designated for that Alert. When you choose to receive text message Alerts, standard mobile carrier text message and other fees may apply (see your carrier for details).

Account Alerts are not intended to replace your account statement, use of Online Banking, or any other communications we may provide to you regarding your account(s).

We do our best to provide Alerts in a timely manner with accurate information, but Alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors beyond our control, such as system failures. We don't guarantee the delivery or accuracy of Alerts. The contents of an Alert may be outdated by the time an Alert is sent or received, due to other activity on your account or to delays in sending data among various systems. You agree that we are not liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any Alert; for any errors in setting up the Alert; for any errors in the content of an Alert or for any actions taken or not taken by you or a third party as the result of an Alert.

You also understand and agree that Account Alerts will not be sent on a real time basis, but will rather be sent at the next scheduled delivery time after the specified event occurs. We reserve the right to change the frequency or timing of Alerts at any time and from time to time. You also agree to update your email address and phone number with Fidelity Bank to ensure continued delivery of Alerts. You may edit or delete any of your Alerts or change the method of the Alert notification at any time via Online Banking.

Alerts may include your name and some information about your account such as check number and a description of the transaction. Anyone with access to your Alerts will be able to view the contents of these messages.
