On September 7, 2017 Equifax, one of the nation’s largest credit bureaus, disclosed a massive data breach affecting as many as 143 million Americans. At Fidelity Bank, we are committed to protecting your personal identifying information. Unfortunately, data breaches continue to occur which increases the potential for identity theft. Fidelity Bank encourages customers to:

  • Monitor your bank accounts closely and frequently. By viewing accounts online and checking throughout the month, you will be able to identify possible problems sooner. Report any unauthorized activity on your Fidelity Bank accounts to our Customer Service Department at 952-830-7202.
  • Set up alerts on your accounts using the Alerts feature in online banking. Contact our Customer Service Department if you would like to sign up for online banking.
  • Monitor your credit card activity closely, set up alerts if possible, and report any unauthorized charges to your credit card companies immediately.
